Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective process enhancements.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track performance metrics and generate reports.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in manufacturing.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
• Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
• Assist in project management activities to ensure timely completion of process improvement initiatives.
• Update outdated software and opitmize woflow and databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing process analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
• Experience in PLC's, Workflow, STreamlinging processes, and updated software
