JOB SUMMARY: The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for performing production and laboratory tasks to convert raw materials into finished products. This role involves operating lab instruments, following strict SOPs, and supporting daily operations through data-driven problem solving in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform manufacturing tasks including decontamination, product transfer, and system/software connections Operate laboratory instruments as per work instructions and SOPs Follow all company policies, procedures, and customer-specific guidelines Ensure accuracy and quality in all production and lab processes Support daily operations by analyzing data and suggesting improvements Maintain cleanliness and compliance in the work environment Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently Teachable and coachable attitude Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude Preferred Qualifications: Life Sciences or laboratory work experience Minimum 12 months of lab experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic internet usage Good computer skills and data handling ability EXPERIENCE: 0–1 year required (1 year lab experience preferred) EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED Education: High School
