Imagine stepping onto a clean, organized production floor in East Liberty where your shift flies by as you assemble components, stage materials, and collaborate with a tight-knit crew. You’ll start with hands-on training, rotate through assembly and production tasks, and learn to safely move materials using tuggers and—after training—forklifts.
What your day could look like
- Assemble and inspect parts with accuracy and care
- Support production flow and keep work areas organized
- Learn tugger and forklift operation through provided training
- Communicate with teammates to hit goals and solve small problems fast
Compensation & stability
- Starting pay: $20.05/hr plus bonus
- $200 incentive plan and a pay increase at 90 days
- Weekly pay — consistently earn $800+ per week
- Immediate start with growth potential
Shifts & location
- Openings on 1st and 2nd shift
- Based at our East Liberty manufacturing facility
No experience? We’ll train you.
Come ready to learn. We provide forklift and tugger training, plus on-the-job mentoring so you can succeed quickly.
