Our Client, a Material Engineering company, is looking for a Manufacturing - Assembler – Entry for their Kalispell, MT location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Performs routine and non routine assembly operations following established work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
  • Assembles components and subassemblies using hand tools, fixtures, and basic equipment.
  • Conducts inspections and “go/no go” checks to ensure assemblies meet quality requirements.
  • Identifies errors, corrects issues, and rechecks work.
  • Assembles, tests, and troubleshoots moderately complex assemblies and subassemblies.
  • May work with mechanical components and systems such as fasteners, brackets, housings, pneumatic parts, or fluid components.
  • Performs basic setups, alignments, and adjustments while maintaining required tolerances.
  • Disassembles and reworks assemblies as needed to meet specifications.
  • Follows work orders, assembly instructions, drawings, parts lists, production documents, and verbal or written direction to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Complies with all safety policies and procedures, attends required safety training, and properly uses tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Reports accidents, injuries, or safety hazards promptly.
  • May assist with final assembly or installation activities and supports product builds through completion.
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of at least one assembly process or product line.
  • Maintains cleanliness of work areas and ensures proper handling and storage of tools, materials, and components to prevent damage or loss.
  • Performs final detailing of completed assemblies and packages products appropriately for storage or shipment.
  • Performs other duties and completes training as assigned by the Supervisor.
