What You’ll Do:
Lead electrical engineering projects from concept to completion.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable plans.
Assign responsibilities, guide teams, and ensure projects stay on track.
Monitor budgets, schedules, and performance to maintain quality and profitability.
Partner with senior engineers to improve processes and find smarter ways to work.
Develop equipment specifications and field test methods.
Ensure projects meet codes, standards, and company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of field and project planning experience.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency with electrical engineering software and visualization tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.
