Job Description:


Reporting to the Chief Digital & Information Officer, the Managing Director - Technology Services leads the Operational IT, Enterprise Architecture, and Planning & Delivery (PMO) functions. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, architectural integrity, and effective delivery of technology initiatives across the organization.

The role ensures alignment with the broader Technology, Digital and Innovation Office (TDIO) priorities, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence. The Managing Director will champion IT Service Management (ITSM) practices, leveraging ITIL frameworks to optimize service delivery and process management, and will drive the adoption of a product-centric operating model to enhance customer focus and business value.

The role is also accountable for building a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture, developing global sourcing strategies, and ensuring robust compliance and controls appropriate for a large-scale Enterprise organization.

ResponsibilitiesOperational IT Leadership

* Oversee all operational technology functions, including infrastructure, networking, security operations (SecOps), DevOps, CloudOps, and end-user tools & support services.
* Champion IT Service Management (ITSM) practices, ensuring the implementation and continual improvement of ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, change, and service request management.
