Job Details
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of attorneys, fostering professional growth, accountability, and performance.
  • Provide legal oversight on case strategy, workflow, and best practices across litigation and pre-litigation matters.
  • Partner with firm leadership, including ownership and business operations, to align legal execution with organizational goals.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical obligations, professional standards, and risk management protocols.
  • Uphold and reinforce a client-first mindset that prioritizes strong advocacy and a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, with exposure across litigation and pre-litigation matters.
  • Background spanning areas such as workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, and related plaintiff-side practice areas.
  • Plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred, including personal injury, employment, or consumer protection matters.
  • 7+ years of demonstrated leadership or attorney management experience.
  • Strong understanding of law firm operations, legal workflows, and business-minded efficiency improvements.
  • Excellent communication, judgment, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
