Job Summary and Qualifications

The Manager Technical Product is accountable for the end-to-end technical delivery of digital products and platforms, enterprise applications, integrations, and infrastructure initiatives. This role owns all aspects of technology execution, including architecture, development, integration, and support. This role also ensures that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards, while partnering with the Product Manager, Architects and Scrum Master to deliver business value.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and direction for the development of the clinical data platform, in collaboration with the Parallon Architecture Review Committee (PARC), and shared services within HCA/Parallon IT

Architecture & Infrastructure: partner with the Application Architect to design and oversee the architecture and infrastructure of the platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security

Cloud Services: collaborating with Parallon architecture team, manage and optimize cloud services on Azure, including resource provisioning, monitoring, and cost management.

Data Management: Oversee data integration, storage, and management, ensuring data integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations

Full-Stack Development: Lead the development of backend services and frameworks using C# and .NET, and the development of frontend with Blazor and Blazor Web Assembly

Collaboration: Work primarily with the Product Delivery Manager, along with shared services resources (QA, UX/UI, Project Management, etc.) to align technical development with the product roadmap

Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high performance and professional growth

Product Quality Assurance: partner with the QA organization to maintain best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment

EXPERIENCE

Strong expertise in Azure Cloud Services, SQL database, C#, .Net, Blazor, and Blazor Web Assembly (or other related technologies) with minimum of 5 or more years of experience in these fields

Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or similar role in a healthcare or technology company

Experience managing software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Manage delivery budgets and resource planning

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Experience leading in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, taking ownership and initiative, and holding self and others accountable

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and data privacy standards is a plus

Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

What qualifications you will need:

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

EXPERIENCE

5 or more years of relevant experience - Required

Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
