The US Promotional Review Committee (PRC) Manager will report to the Sr. Manager Promotional Review Committee (PRC) Process Lead and be based on Princeton, NJ in a hybrid model and will heavily be integrated into the US Business Unit.

 

This role will support and facilitate the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) process for assigned advertising and promotional materials. The individual serves as a key liaison between PRC brand leads, PRC reviewers, and agency partners, helping manage day-to-day process activities, maintain guidance documents and best practices, and manage special projects related to PRC. The Manager will help drive operational consistency and compliance across cross-functional teams, including coordinating meeting agendas, managing logistics, facilitating PRC meetings, and ensuring materials are prepared and ready for review. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with Senior Manager in strategy and execution of PRC Process improvements
  • Act as a key liaison to PRC stakeholders and Brand Leads, in collaboration with Marketing, Regulatory, Medical, Legal, agency partners, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Manage the day-to-day lifecycle of promotional material review and approval within Veeva.
  • Review promotional, payor, corporate, and other non-promotional submissions for quality prior to circulation, providing guidance to ensure alignment with process standards and company guidelines.
  • Oversee PRC and prioritization meeting planning and support facilitation, including agenda preparation, calendar management, expedited review coordination, and documentation of outcomes.
  • Support delivery of PRC training to Agencies, Brand Leads, and Reviewers to reinforce understanding of review procedures and best practices.
  • Contribute to planning activities for product launches, new indications, and label updates in collaboration with Marketing and Regulatory partners.
  • Facilitate alignment of material prioritization with US business unit strategy and commercial.
  • Monitor electronic review progress to help drive timely approvals and identify potential delays.
  • Oversee escalation processes and collaborate with team members to share best practices and strengthen team effectiveness.
  • Track and maintain PRC metrics to monitor process efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Project Manage special initiatives as assigned by management
  • Contribute to Veeva PromoMats enhancements

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree, life science, business, communications or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience life science industry
  • At least 3 years of experience working with and leading promotional review committees
  • Prior experience with eDMS and Veeva systems, specifically Veeva PromoMats required
  • Proven track record in workflow management, PRC process improvement, problem solving and efficiencies
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft office suite software, skills in interpersonal, written and communication as well as timeline responsibilities

The estimated salary range for this position is $135-150K DOE.  Actual salary determination is dependent on a variety of factors some of which include: experience, qualifications, and geographic location.  This position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus or an incentive compensation plan (eligibility varies based on role and position level), discretionary stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package.
