Manager of Food and Beverage
Salary: $55,000–$70,000 annually + Bonus
A private organization is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily dining, bar, and event service operations. This role focuses on exceptional hospitality, team leadership, and smooth, efficient service delivery. Do you thrive in building relationships? Love providing great service? Responsibilities of the Manager of Food and Beverage
- Oversee restaurant, bar, and event service operations
- Maintain high service standards and resolve guest concerns
- Create schedules, manage payroll accuracy, and control labor costs
- Support budgeting, cost controls, and financial performance
- Collaborate with culinary and events teams for seamless service execution
Qualifications of the Manager of Food and Beverage
- 4+ years of management experience
- Experience with POS, scheduling, and payroll systems
- Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Background in private clubs, resorts, or upscale hospitality
