Searching) Regular Full-Time Overview Will oversee the business
operations processes for assigned national account. They are responsible
for all aspects of the operation, ensuring that all contractual goals
and SLA's are achieved within the budgetary parameters of the contract.
This individual works with the Regional Vice President of Operations or
the Director of Operations to develop strategic operating plans specific
to the client base. Also responsible for the implementation of policies
and procedures within the account. Oversees the timely and effective
resolution of all services issues while exhibiting exceptional customer
service, overall operational efficiency and quality of business
services. Responsibilities Responsible for the long-term, strategic
relationship with the client and client vendors (if needed) Work closely
with client contact & staff to identify the client's strategic goals &
implement an action plan to achieve stated goals Identify areas of
opportunity to grow the CBPS business footprint within the assigned
client account Achieve stated financial goals and objectives of the
client and CBPS Identify operational efficiencies to drive cost
reduction Provide solutions that include traditional outsourcing
services such as mail, copy, and office services, but will also focus on
high end services such as print, records management and imaging Helps
prepare and present professional proposals/service solutions specific to
the client's needs Stays at the top of the industry in terms of
knowledge of solutions, current technology, competitive landscape,
vertical market applications, etc Evaluates and resolves high priority
and complex problems with clients, vendors, and internal professionals
in a proactive, responsive and mutually productive environment
Relationship integration within clients core strategic business units
and application stakeholders Develops and grows CBPS staff to advance
operational and customer service excellence Qualifications BS required /
MBA preferred or comparable work experience 10+ years of account
management experience for national / major account Excellent customer
service and professional attitude a must Exceptional knowledge of the
outsourcing business and deep industry knowledge required Advanced
knowledge of office technology and applications Strong presentation
skills Strong written and verbal skills a must Oversees the overall
activities at the national account sites May manage other account
support staff as needed Works with MAM's, AM's & SM's to make sure
