Responsibilities


What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily coffee shop operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and product quality.
  • Monitor and maintain food and beverage standards, presentation, and consistency.
  • Manage inventory, establish par levels, and approve purchasing of supplies and equipment.
  • Control expenses and operate within approved budget guidelines.
  • Support team members during service to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
  • Ensure all equipment and materials are maintained in proper working condition.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable coffee shop brand standards, company, and health department standards.
  • Prepare accurate reports and track performance metrics.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop associates to build a high-performing team.
  • Create schedules and manage daily workflow to meet operational needs.
  • Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support associate development.
  • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly meetings to communicate goals and expectations.
  • Promote a positive work environment through recognition and team engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, cash handling, and operational procedures.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in food and beverage or retail operations preferred.
