Job Description:
Join a dynamic team in a hybrid role based in Wall Offices, NJ.
As a full-time Manager for Financial Analysis Corporate Development, you will lead financial evaluations and strategic planning for investment opportunities.
This role requires strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and deal structuring.
Key Responsibilities
Perform financial analyses for investment opportunities, including acquisitions and asset enhancement.
Conduct research and due diligence to support the creation of financial models and business cases.
Lead the development and analysis of complex financial models to evaluate corporate investments.
Provide financial guidance to leadership through comprehensive financial summaries and business cases.
Collaborate with various teams to coordinate financial analysis and identify business opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, or business administration; MBA preferred.
Five years of experience in the renewable energy, power, or utility industry.
Exceptional quantitative skills with experience in financial modeling and business evaluations.
Experience conducting due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, or similar financial projects.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data effectively.
