- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience with data center construction program management.

- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience assessing security risk involving critical infrastructure, technical infrastructure, or data centers.
- Experience in critical Infrastructure, technical Infrastructure or data centers.
- Ability to run multiple cross-functional programs strategically and with speed/agility.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. As a part of the Equipment Supply Chain Delivery organization, you will bridge the gap between upstream supply capabilities and downstream construction reality. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of critical Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) to global data centers, acting as a central co-ordination point to drive physical site readiness.You will partner with cross-functional engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to align equipment deliveries with ongoing construction and deployment schedules. As the Manager of the North and South America (NASA) Delivery Team, you will lead a regional group of Delivery Program Managers to downstream field advocacy, proactively mitigate site-specific constraints, and ensure infrastructure is delivered exactly when and where it is needed. You will lead the execution of a seamless, predictive strategy at Google's scale, directly impacting ability to deploy innovative infrastructure globally.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$274,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Delivery Program Managers across the North and South America (NASA) regions, effectively translating delivery programs into manageable operational workstreams.
- Oversee the regional portfolio to ensure the reliable, on-time delivery of critical infrastructure, driving rigorous validation of site readiness and delivery dates against actual field realities.
- Lead initiatives to synchronize equipment arrivals, partnering directly with General Contractors and internal teams to align supply chain outputs with live construction and commissioning forecasts.
- Identify and mitigate site-specific constraints (e.g., physical infrastructure readiness, space limitations) to unblock deliveries, adjusting allocation strategies as local construction needs change.
- Serve as the primary regional escalation point, driving alignment across Supply Chain, Engineering, and Data Center Operations to guarantee seamless execution and protect downstream schedules.
