Manager, Delivering Deal Value, PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Seattle, WA. Assist clients achieve maximum value on their deal transactions by solving transformational and complex challenges through operational aspects of a transaction, pre and post completion. Conduct pre deal and confirmatory due diligence, execute large scale enterprise-wide integrations, and support complex divestitures and separations on a wide range of functional areas. Help clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Supervise and coach professional teams.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

  • Working with Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures induding pre-deal operations and information technology due diligence, integration planning, separation planning, synergy and cost savings analysis, and/or post-close transformation, with knowledge of one or more of the following functional areas: Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Operations/Supply Chain, or Sales and Marketing;
  • Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets and status updates;
  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex data and utilizing data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power Bl or Qlikview as well as the Microsoft suite of applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, or Project; and
  • Working with one or more of the following systems: ERP, MRP, HRIS, CRM, SCM, Bl/Analytics, Datacenter/Cloud, or Unified Communications & Identity Access Management.

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% is required.
