We’re looking for a driven, energetic Manager to lead our location in Belen! This role is at the heart of our daily operations—motivating teams, driving performance, and creating outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays organized, and brings a true passion for hospitality and teamwork.

Annual Salary:

$51,480

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front and back of house.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
• Handle cash management, reports, and basic administrative duties.
• Ensure compliance with New Mexico health, safety, and labor regulations.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience, preferably in the restaurant industry.
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some familiarity with general finance and accounting principles preferred.
