Job Duties/Scope Of Work
Hanford Mission Integration Solutions (HMIS) is looking for an experienced Program Manager for its Business Intelligence program that supports the Hanford Site including the Department of Energy (DOE) and its contractors. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading, planning, coordinating, and people management of a comprehensive business intelligence program. This program consists of Power Apps, Power BI and machine learning/AI solution, and enterprise data management (EDM) development for the site. Additionally, this program works closely with our GIS (location intelligence) program and product management team to ensure the optimal solution is identified and implemented. This position is a mission critical player within the organization, supporting the One Hanford mission.

The selected candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of the strategic direction of the Business Intelligence program with leadership from the CDO/CAIO for the AI and EDM programs. The BI program manager will own the strategy and roadmap for the PowerPlatform applications and will lead the rollout of governance around these platforms. Responsible for oversight of the business intelligence program including operations & maintenance (O&M) of the existing business intelligence applications/solutions, and participating in supporting project managers leading the implementation of power platform and AI/EDM solutions for the site.

Essential job duties include:
Provides management and oversight for the operational support and maintenance for existing Power Platform solutions
Manages project managers, developers, and technical subject matter experts supporting the business intelligence solutions to include Power Platform, AI, and EDM.
Communicates the vision for the future of the business intelligence program which is led by the CAIO/CDO for AI and enterprise data management. For Power Platform and other business intelligence innovations, will lead the vision and direction.
Leads efforts to stay up to date on latest innovations in the field of Power Platforms and other productivity/efficiency applications.
Keep senior management informed on current and projected business intelligence solutions and strategy.
Manage incoming reporting and application requests and prioritize accordingly. For AI/EDM projects, those priorities will be communicated from the CAIO/CDO.
Maintain strong collaborative interface with Hanford site stakeholders.
Communicating technical direction to subcontractor, monitoring subcontractor performance, milestones, deliverables/submittals and supporting invoice reviews upon request.
Own the strategy and roadmap for the PowerPlatform applications
Own and lead the efforts regarding governance for PowerPlatform applications

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, statistics, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years' experience creating engaging data visualizations (Power BI preferred), building analytics to support business needs, and/or business intelligence/analytics role.
• 4+ years previous project/program management level experience.
• Must possess the ability to interface well with technical customers, business-oriented teaming partners, and infrastructure and integration teams to deliver value added solutions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Credential badge.

Desired Qualifications
• Experience assisting in the creation of a BI Center of Excellence working with technical team to ensure consistent deployment and utilization of PowerPlatform applications.
• Experience guiding and managing the design and development of business intelligence dashboards, analytic reports and data visualizations using Power BI or other reporting tools.
• Advanced Degree in related field.
• 5-10 years of business intelligence and/or analyst experience.

Compensation & Benefits (HR Only)
Grade 19: $119,813 - $151,038
Grade 20: $131,888 - $166,263
Grade 21: $145,150 - $183,050
