Supervises administrative assistants, offering guidance and training while delegating work tasks. Ensures that day-to-day operations of the organization run smoothly. Administrative assistant supervisor is a supervisory position typically above administrative assistant staff.

 

Minimum Qualification  (at least one response required) 

  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
  • Six months experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with staff, community agencies and clients. 

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise administrative assistants and support staff within the Bridge Clinic
  • Provide guidance, training, and delegation of work tasks to administrative team members
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the organization
  • Oversee overall administrative functions and workflows
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with staff, community agencies, and clients
  • Support the Bridge Program's administrative infrastructure
  • Report to the Bridge Administrator
