Models placed with our agency will not only secure premium external assignments (major brand campaigns, editorial features, and runway shows) but will also be featured talent for the De La Trend Fashion Store and The Ubella Models And Talent Agency Online Fashion Brand. What We Offer Our Models:

Compensation: Earn $50 to $150 per hour, with the specific rate determined by the nature and scope of the assignment.
Travel & Accommodation: We strongly encourage our booking agents to pass the costs for hotel accommodations and travel expenses on to the client for each confirmed assignment.

Mandatory Professional Requirements:
We require serious, professional models who demonstrate the following attributes:
Travel Readiness: Must possess or be able to secure all necessary travel documents (e.g., valid passport, visas) required for international bookings upon assignment.
Reliability & Resilience: Punctuality, strong work ethic, and the ability to handle rejection constructively while maintaining confidence.
Adaptability & Collaboration: The capacity to embody different styles, concepts, and creative directions, and to collaborate effectively with clients, designers, and creative teams.
Physical Endurance: Willingness to work long, irregular hours, including travel, standing for extended periods, and maintaining focus during lengthy shoots.
Portfolio: Possession of a current portfolio demonstrating versatility and natural presentation (professional polaroids/digitals are essential).
