Maintenance Worker /Carpenter

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our maintenance/carpentry team. If you have a solid background in construction and are knowledgeable about multiple phases of construction, this opportunity is for you.

*Key Responsibilities: *

• Diagnosing and repairing maintenance in commercial buildings
• To include but not limited to:
•  General Labor
•  Light plumbing
•  Light electrical
•  Drywall
•  Painting
•  Compressed air systems
•  HVAC
•  General carpentry including finish work
•  Remodeling and building additions

Experience for this position is required, will train in areas of inexperience or where less knowledgeable. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with location managers and team members in a collaborative environment.
