We are currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician with a knack for problem-solving and a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, ensuring our production machinery is in excellent working order, enabling us to meet our high-quality standards and production targets. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package, and a great opportunity to utilize your technical skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be tasked with:
1. Performing routine and preventative maintenance on all production equipment, including but not limited to, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
2. Troubleshooting and repairing machine malfunctions, utilizing your knowledge of machines, tools, and Fanuc Controls.
3. Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and technical drawings to understand equipment layout and function.
4. Assisting in the design and modification of equipment to improve efficiency and safety.
5. Adhering to all safety and manufacturing procedures, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
6. Collaborating with the production team to minimize downtime and maintain optimal production levels.
7. Optionally, utilizing your understanding of PLC logic and programming to enhance machine performance and efficiency.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Maintenance Technician position, you must have:
1. A minimum of 3 Years in a CNC environment
2. Proven technical understanding and mechanical skills, with a firm grasp of machines and tools.
3. Experience with hydraulic systems and design equipment.
4. Proficiency in Tig and Mig welding techniques.
5. Familiarity with Fanuc Controls.
6. A solid understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures.
7. The ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
10. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
11. Understanding of PLC logic and programming is a plus but not mandatory.
