Maintenance Technician

Lorien Mays Chapel is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the care environment for our patients by ensuring the facility is safe, well-maintained, and visually appealing.

This position focuses on the preparation, repair, application, and ongoing maintenance of painted and related surfaces, both interior and exterior, while contributing to the overall functionality of the building.

Pay Rate 

• CNA Rates $17.50- $19.75 (based on experience)
• Same Day Pay for all Employees!

• Completing work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Performing routine preventive maintenance inside and outside of the building
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Carpentry experience, preferred
• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Strong HVAC knowledge or certification
• Must have the ability to handle a physical workload
• Plumbing, painting and electrical experience

Schedule & Availability

• Full-Time Hours

• 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

• Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)
