A well established and highly respected advanced manufacturing organization in the Skaneateles, NY area is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production operations within a clean, highly automated manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Diagnose equipment failures and restore production operations quickly and safely
Support injection molding and automated production equipment as needed
Read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation within CMMS systems
Partner with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve equipment performance
Qualifications
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred (motors, sensors, drives, controls)
Experience with automation, robotics, or plastics manufacturing is a plus
Ability to work independently and respond effectively to production needs
Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
