Ecco Living has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician for Residential Apartment Buildings.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience is required.
  • 1+ years of high-rise residential experience is preferred.

What your day might look like:
  • Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner (including appliance repairs).
  • Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing “make-ready” and "furnishing" process.
  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas, amenities, exterior buildings, and parking areas.
  • Assist with vendor management and other duties.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment and apartments.

What we are looking for:
  • Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
  • Experience in inventory management and tracking as well as cost-effective purchase.
  • Previous experience with painting, drywall, entry-level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing and electrical as well as furniture assembly and logistics.
  • High level of professionalism in both manner and dress.
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • Proficient in project and property management tools such as Appfolio.

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour (DOE).
