Ecco Living has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician for Residential Apartment Buildings.
Requirements:
Requirements:
- 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience is required.
- 1+ years of high-rise residential experience is preferred.

What your day might look like:
- Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner (including appliance repairs).
- Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing “make-ready” and "furnishing" process.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, amenities, exterior buildings, and parking areas.
- Assist with vendor management and other duties.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment and apartments.
What we are looking for:
- Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
- Experience in inventory management and tracking as well as cost-effective purchase.
- Previous experience with painting, drywall, entry-level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing and electrical as well as furniture assembly and logistics.
- High level of professionalism in both manner and dress.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Proficient in project and property management tools such as Appfolio.
