About the Role:
The Maintenance Technician II role at the Lancaster location provides support to the Maintenance team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant.
You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
- Competitive compensation: earn $37.25 per hour, including shift differential. Earn more with opportunities for additional overtime!
- Proficient with 480V and 208V 3-phase electrical systems, including safe troubleshooting and repairs.
- Skilled in diagnosing and maintaining 24V control and safety circuits.
- Capable of advanced PLC troubleshooting, including ladder logic interpretation and I/O diagnostics.
- Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting abilities, including motors, VFDs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Able to read, interpret, and update electrical schematics and mechanical drawingswhile following NEC and OSHA standards.
This is a full-time permanent role, which operates 6PM to 6AM, rotating days/weeks. Overtime may be available depending on the needs of the business.
About You:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus!
• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providingeffective communication, both verbal and written.
• The ability to work overtime and weekends.
