Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Havre de Grace, MD

Pay: $27 - $38+ per hour, based on experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Perform maintenance for either extrusion or blow molding manufacturing equipment to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations

  • Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures

  • Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution

  • Participates in reactive maintenance

  • Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures

  • Grow your knowledge and skills through a wide variety of training & on-the-job experiences, positioning you for internal promotions

Requirements:

  • Able to work either a 12 hour day shift or a 12 hour night shift, rotating schedule 3-2-2-3

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent

  • 3 years of Industrial Maintenance experience required

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics

  • Welding/fabrication experience a plus

  • PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) experience is a bonus
