Maintenance Technician - Automotive Parts Manufacturer - 35374

An automotive parts manufacturer is looking for a Maintenance Technician near the Fairfield, OH area. You will be responsible for assuring all machines are monitored, kept up, and repaired when needed. The ideal candidate will have related experience within a stamping & welding environment.

This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing and upgrading electrical systems (including PLCs)

Maintain mechanical and hydraulic stamping presses

Involved with troubleshooting robotic weld cells

Use blueprints to build and/or modify

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

At least 5 years’ professional experience in the set-up and repair of industrial machinery

Working knowledge of electrical systems

MIG & TIG welding

Able to read blueprints

Able to intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch & lift up to 30 pounds
