Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair rotating equipment including gearboxes, transmissions, motors, pumps, and compressors
• Maintain and support hydraulic and pneumatic systems using schematics and OEM guidelines
• Assist with preventive maintenance planning and execution for production and utility equipment
• Support equipment reliability by helping reduce downtime and improve machine performance
• Follow lockout/tagout, confined space, PPE, and other plant safety procedures at all times
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately in the CMMS/SAP system
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts
• Help maintain critical spare parts and proper assembly of mechanical equipment

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of mechanical maintenance experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills with rotating equipment
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, OEM manuals, and technical standards
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• ASME certification or equivalent hands-on mechanical experience preferred
• Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and CMMS usage
• Must be willing to work assigned shift and complete job-related skill testing
