Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our facilities in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility maintenance, Bi-Lingual (SPANISH/ENGLISH), leadership experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and have basic computer knowledge. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and systems are operating efficiently and safely, while also managing a team of maintenance technicians and contractors. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily maintenance operations to ensure that all facilities, equipment, and systems are well-maintained and functioning efficiently.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend the life of equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility and equipment, identifying and addressing maintenance needs promptly.
- Manage maintenance schedules, prioritizing work orders and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and address issues that affect operations.
- Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary to keep operations running smoothly.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies, conducting safety training and inspections as required.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory management.
- Assist in budget management for maintenance operations and propose cost-effective solutions to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Proficient in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, Bi-lingual (Spanish) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Working Conditions:
This position may require occasional lifting of heavy objects, working in various weather conditions, and being on call for emergency maintenance after hours.
