Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and supervise the maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient execution of work
Oversee preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, rebuilds, and reliability initiatives
Assign and prioritize work orders to minimize downtime and support production demands
Troubleshoot and guide the team through electrical, mechanical, and PLC/automation issues
Utilize CMMS to manage work orders, track completion, and analyze maintenance data
Audit completed work and implement continuous improvement practices
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations to ensure effective communication and planning
Support staffing decisions, onboarding, and technician development
Promote and enforce safety standards and compliance requirements
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience with PLCs and automated systems
CMMS experience preferred
Flexibility to work day, night, or overnight shifts
Willingness to relocate to Twin Falls, ID
