Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise the maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient execution of work

• Oversee preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, rebuilds, and reliability initiatives

• Assign and prioritize work orders to minimize downtime and support production demands

• Troubleshoot and guide the team through electrical, mechanical, and PLC/automation issues

• Utilize CMMS to manage work orders, track completion, and analyze maintenance data

• Audit completed work and implement continuous improvement practices

• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations to ensure effective communication and planning

• Support staffing decisions, onboarding, and technician development

• Promote and enforce safety standards and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

• Experience with PLCs and automated systems

• CMMS experience preferred

• Flexibility to work day, night, or overnight shifts

• Willingness to relocate to Twin Falls, ID
