Job Details

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Supervise maintenance employees across assigned shifts in a 24/7 operation
  • Plan, assign, and direct maintenance and capital project work
  • Collaborate with Plant Engineer and Maintenance Manager to improve OEE
  • Oversee mechanical and electrical systems supporting production
  • Manage CMMS and scheduled preventive maintenance programs
  • Drive corrective actions based on maintenance KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, food safety, and company standards
  • Support CI initiatives and weekly continuous improvement meetings
  • Manage employee development, performance management, and discipline
  • Participate in union-related activities if applicable
  • Maintain safe, clean, and food-safe production environments
  • Support food safety, pre-requisite programs, and quality compliance

Qualifications Needed:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred)
  • Minimum 2+ years of plant maintenance experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Experience in food & beverage manufacturing strongly preferred
  • Strong background in GMP, OSHA, Workers’ Compensation, and Safety Compliance
  • Experience utilizing CMMS systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong mechanical & electrical systems knowledge
  • Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, multi-shift environments
  • Ability to manage capital projects and maintenance KPIs
  • Ability to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as required
