Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead and motivate teams while providing leadership coverage across all departments. This fast-paced, flexible role supports production by stepping in for supervisors and driving impactful maintenance projects. Skills Required:
Strong Technical aptitude and proficiency in MS office,excel,Word, general computer competency

Experience Required:
High school diploma or GED and related work experience
Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP software
Ability to effectively communicate and solve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others and work with employees at all levels of the organization.
Previous experience as a maintenance supervisor in a manufacturing environment
Ability to work any shift as needed depending on the needs of the business.
