**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the maintenance operations within our facility. Your role is critical to ensuring that our operations are safe, effective, and efficient, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in performing routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to optimize efficiency and reduce equipment downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with other departments and external contractors to facilitate repairs, upgrades, and maintenance projects.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring timely ordering and restocking as needed.
- Manage the maintenance budget, tracking expenses and optimizing resource allocation to achieve cost-effective solutions.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance staff, providing direction and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repair history for future reference and auditing.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly to restore operations and minimize disruptions.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in maintenance supervision or a related field, preferably within the industry relevant to our operations.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, machinery, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Valid certifications or licenses related to maintenance practices may be required.

**Education and Experience:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role.
