Maintenance Supervisor – Manufacturing Equipment

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead equipment maintenance and reliability within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on role focuses heavily on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment performance, and minimizing downtime while supporting production goals and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

- Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000
What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Supervisor
- Lead daily equipment maintenance operations including preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance
- Supervise and support maintenance technicians working on production machinery and manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support overall manufacturing efficiency
- Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules for production lines and facility equipment
- Coordinate repairs, shutdowns, and maintenance planning with production leadership
- Manage spare parts inventory, work orders, and maintenance documentation through CMMS or ERP systems
- Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking for in a Maintenance Supervisor
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Experience with conveyors, packaging equipment, motors, drives, pumps, or processing equipment
- Experience with CMMS or maintenance tracking systems preferred
