Your responsibilities as the Maintenance & Reliability Manager

·Transition the team into a proactive maintenance culture

·Champion reliability and reduce unscheduled downtime

·Oversee all maintenance operations with a focus on safety and efficiency

·Implement and optimize Preventive/Predictive Maintenance programs

·Promote continuous improvement and high-performance standards.

Minimum requirements for this Maintenance & Reliability Manager

·BS in Engineering or Technology (or equivalent experience)

·At least 7 years in maintenance leadership within the paper industry

·Deep expertise in reliability and predictive maintenance

·Strong leadership and team-building skills

·High energy and enthusiasm for growth and innovation
