Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production and facility equipment. Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Maintain accurate repair logs and assist with inventory tracking. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Support operational efficiency by minimizing downtime and waste. Follow all safety protocols, GMPs, and SOPs. Use basic PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley RS Logix 500). Perform basic welding (Stick, MIG, TIG) and electrical diagnostics (24V–480V). Equipment used: Welders, torches, saws, grinders, drills, rigging equipment
Forklifts, man lifts, ladders, scaffolding and Automated systems: palletizers, conveyors, fillers, cappers, coders, pumps, gearboxes.
