Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team in Sterling Heights. This is an immediate need, and we are looking to fill the position within the next 1–2 weeks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, presses, and PLCs, along with proven leadership abilities and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all maintenance activities for the facility.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on high-voltage electrical systems.
- Maintain and repair large presses and related equipment.
- Work with PLCs, Fanuc systems, and other automation controls.
- Lead and support the maintenance team, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with high-voltage electrical systems and large presses.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting (Fanuc preferred).
- Ability to lead a team effectively, demonstrating excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
Additional Needs:
In addition to the Maintenance Manager role, we are also seeking general maintenance technicians with knowledge of robotics and electrical systems to support the team.
