We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of our maintenance department in the Hershey area with pay starting at 100K. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Managing a team of maintenance technicians and supervising their work activities.
• Creating and managing maintenance budgets and schedules.
• Coordinating with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in a maintenance management role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
