Salary Range: $89,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the swift diagnosis and repair of equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime and impact.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory, procurement, and external contractor services.
• Drive initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and overall asset performance.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies within the maintenance department.
• Strategically plan and execute capital projects related to facility infrastructure and equipment upgrades.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in CMMS software, preventive/predictive maintenance programs, and spare parts management.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating maintenance teams.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze equipment failures, implement root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification.
• Proficiency with advanced CMMS features (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) for data analysis and optimization.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience with industrial automation, PLCs, or robotics.
