Your Role as Maintenance Manager:

• Lead a team of skilled technicians, mechanics, electricians, ammonia techs, and support staff
• Oversee preventive maintenance scheduling and managing a computerized CMMS
• Be a hands-on leader—ready to assist during major breakdowns
• Drive a culture of urgency, accountability, and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For

• Technical Expertise: Mechanical & electrical skills, ACDC motor experience, ammonia refrigeration, hydraulics, pneumatics
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing people, motivating teams, and assigning work effectively
• Industry Knowledge: HTST systems, pumps, valves, legal compliance, liquid products processing
• Preferred: PLC experience, ammonia systems knowledge
• Positive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to work in a high-volume, 24/6 environment.
