Maintenance Manager

My client a leader in flexible packaging converting and printing seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager for their New Mexico facility.  You will be responsible for 

• Supervising and performing electrical, mechanical, and electronic upgrades and repairs on all flexo printers and bag machinery and equipment including pneumatic/ hydraulic systems and electrical equipment. 
• Supervising a team of shift mechanics.
• Servicing the ink and wash up systems in the printing presses.
• Becoming proficient in the set up and operation of all bag machines.
• Electromechanical troubleshooting of all plant machinery and equipment.
• Performing mechanical and electrical upgrades on machines
• Reading and interpreting electrical and pneumatic schematics
• Assisting Converting Manager and Shift Leads in accident investigations and helping to make improvements to prevent accidents.
