About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager (Maintenance Foreman) to support our Washington North Commercial Landscape Maintenance division. This is a hands‑on, field‑focused leadership role. The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily production across multiple maintenance crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to contract standards. This role spends the majority of time in the field, coaching crews, performing quality inspections, troubleshooting issues, and keeping operations running smoothly, while also handling essential administrative and coordination responsibilities. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and support multiple commercial maintenance crews
- Ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met
- Perform site inspections and provide hands‑on field support
- Coach Crew Leaders and develop field talent
- Communicate field needs and complete basic reporting
What We're Looking For
- Commercial landscape maintenance experience
- Crew Leader or Foreman background
- Strong irrigation and equipment knowledge
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual a plus
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
