Job Details
Core Duties (Engineering-Oriented)
Serve as the technical lead for facility and production equipment maintenance.
Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, refrigeration, vacuum, pump, and utility systems.
Lead root cause analysis for equipment and facility failures and drive permanent corrective actions.
Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including schedules, documentation, and performance tracking.
Oversee and provide technical guidance to contractors and service vendors.
Support facility upgrades, expansions, and infrastructure improvement projects.
Fabricate, repair, and modify equipment using welding, machining, rigging, and mechanical assembly.
Mentor maintenance technicians and provide technical leadership as needed.
Maintain accurate maintenance and engineering documentation.
