Who You Are

- Experienced: You have 5+ years in facilities management (healthcare or senior living experience is a huge plus).
- A Natural Leader: You know how to motivate a team and manage vendors with integrity.
- Problem Solver: You have a "can-do" attitude and a toolkit full of solutions for any building challenge.
- Physically Capable: You're ready to be hands-on, able to lift 50 lbs and navigate our beautiful campus daily.
