When you join RadNet as a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, replacing lights, filters, etc.
- Performs minor fixes, such as repairing damaged walls, painting & patching throughout the centers
- Works with tools, including hand and electrical tools
- Install appliances and equipment as needed
- Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
- Maintain grounds by collecting trash, window cleaning and pest control
- Ensures repairs are completed in timely manner in order to avoid accidents
- Replace or repair locker and cabinets
- Replace or repair doors, to include changing of locks and keys.
- Replace ceiling tiles and light fixtures
- Minor flooring repair
- Small equipment removal, desk, computers, refrigerators, microwaves
- Mounting of various items, signs and art work
- Data network cabling and repair under the supervision of IT
- Performs minor electrical and plumbing tasks
- Relocation of office furniture and equipment,
- Delivering equipment and supplies as well as site clean-up.
- Upkeep of all company vehicles and maintain tools.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:
- Valid Driver’s license, in good standing.
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- At least 2 years’ experience in facilities maintenance
- Must be prepared to complete assigned tasks after hours or weekends in order to not interfere with the operations of the center
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry
- Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer service oriented
- Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and able to multi-task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay Range: $14.00- $20.00 per hour
