Responsibilities:
- SAP MRO & Systems Support:
- Create, update, and close maintenance work orders in SAP
- Maintain accurate equipment, material, and maintenance records in SAP
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling through SAP
- Ensure data integrity for maintenance notifications and historical records
- Material Management:
- Manage MRO inventory including spare parts, consumables, and maintenance supplies
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure material availability
- Track and reconcile inventory usage against work orders
- Requisitions & Procurement Support:
- Create and process purchase requisitions in SAP for maintenance materials and services
- Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
- Work with vendors and procurement to resolve discrepancies or delays
- Maintain documentation for all requisitions and orders
- Perform service entries for contracted services
- Perform goods receipts for material received
- Work Order Coordination:
- Assist planners and supervisors in preparing job packages
- Ensure required materials, permits, and documentation are available prior to job execution
- Track work order status and update completion details in SAP
- Compile maintenance reports and KPIs (e.g., backlog, completion rates)
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain maintenance files, logs, and documentation (digital and physical)
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports for maintenance leadership
- Support audits by ensuring proper documentation and traceability
- Assist with scheduling meetings, contractor coordination, and general clerical tasks
Requirements:
- Proficiency in SAP
