Join our dynamic team in London, KY, where you will play a crucial role in supporting overall plant maintenance and manufacturing operations through your technical expertise, planning, and training. This opportunity allows you to develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs, ensuring equipment reliability and supporting continuous improvement across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and training to maintenance team members.
  • Develop and manage long-term maintenance and reliability plans.
  • Specify, design, and order both specialized and standard spare parts.
  • Coordinate emergency and non-emergency maintenance activities with manufacturing teams.
  • Manage the design, operation, and functionality of the work order system; utilize maintenance data for operational improvements.
  • Review departmental budgets, spending history, and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure maintenance standards and objectives are achieved.
  • Maintain and improve planned, predictive, and preventative maintenance systems.
  • Track departmental performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Plan for future departmental growth in alignment with equipment, facility, and client needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED with 4–6 years of relevant experience in maintenance or engineering.
  • Proficient in Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and PLC programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
