Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Position Overview
This role supports Law Firm and focuses on mailroom operations, reception, and general office support.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Report and document mail activities.
- Perform print production tasks.
- Contact couriers to arrange mail and package pickups.
- Process FedEx packages for outgoing shipments.
- Provide reception desk coverage periodically.
- Assist with hospitality duties as needed.
- Conduct internal mail runs.
- Operate office equipment including photocopiers, postage machines, and desktop computers.
Physical Requirements
- No extensive physical requirements for this role.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 2 years of related work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the legal industry preferred.
- Strong customer service, personal, and communication skills.
- May require a violation-free, valid driver s license and minimum auto insurance coverage per client policy.
