Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Mail Teller for their Richmond, VA location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • The Bank by Mail Teller will be responsible for processing items that are mailed in, in accordance with Bank policy and Federal compliance. The ideal candidate will flawlessly track and document our process to ensure a positive customer experience. This individual will need excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision. Client culture provides an excellent work environment and many opportunities for professional growth.
  • Process bank by mail items in accordance with Bank and Federal Policy
  • Adhere to processing deadlines
  • Collaborate with supporting departments to execute daily processes and operations
  • Identify trends and defects to develop process improvements
  • Escalate situations appropriately
 
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
  • At least one year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • At least 1 year of customer service or banking experience
  • Bank teller experienceThe main function of a phlebotomist is to assist in performing various assigned duties, trouble shooting, training and making work flow recommendations.
