The Mail Room Clerk handles incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail, using both manual and automated methods.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Checks in daily mail
+ Sorts mail by department
+ Delivers mail
+ Signs for all FedEx and UPS packages
+ Enters outgoing packages into the FedEx tracking system
+ Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
Minimum Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ Must be dependable
+ Must be able to lift up 50 lbs
+ Computer proficiency required
+ Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language may be required
Salary/Wage Information:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour, with an $1,500 annual bonus potential
